:: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your watch within 3 days of arrival of the watch at your shipping destination.

:: All packages shipped back must be post-marked no later than 3 days after arrival of your products at your location. Please be aware of the following conditions for the return/exchange of a watch:

:: All links that came with the watch must be shipped back with the watches. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded/exchanged.

:: Include a note saying what is wrong with the watch, what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your email, order number and approximate purchase date.

:: For refunds, the watch must be in the exact same condition you received it in, i.e. with plastic still on the face, all links in, no wear and tear at all, etc. By wearing the product the first time, your refund/exchange policy is void. All free bonus gifts must also be returned in original condition.

:: You do not have to email us saying you want to return the watch, simply ship it back to us within the 4-day timeframe mentioned above.

:: Lost packages require a mandatory 30 day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.

:: Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns, exchanges and order cancellations. If you are exchanging a watch, we will pay for the shipping charge back to you.

:: For exchanges, please allow up to 2 weeks for a replacement to arrive.

:: For refunds, please allow 1 week after receipt of watch for refund to appear on charge card. For orders paid by credit card, shipping costs and a 5-10% re-stocking fee is deducted from the credit amount. This is due to the high costs of processing credit card orders.

:: If exchange is more than original purchase please enclose money order or credit card into for the price difference; if the exchange is less please instruct us how you want the refund (credit card or money order).

:: If there are any other problems, we will make SURE that everything will be negotiated to both parties content!
